At Veecollins Healthcare Ltd, our dedicated and compassionate Carer will you or you loved on in completing the daily tasks with dignity and comfort be it getting out of bed in the morning, bathing, dressing, meal selection and preparation, household chores and getting you back to bed at night.
Our Care Manager and her team will co-author the care plan with you to ensure is personalised to meet your care and support needs whilst aligning it to your preferences be it supporting you with personal hygiene or taking care of more complex tasks like changing a catheter.
We have a pool of dedicated Carers who handles their work with compassion in providing Personal care whilst maintaining your dignity and respect all the way.
Reasons for wanting home care
You care and support needs will be assessed our Home Care Team and you will be able to discuss how long you need your Carer. It can vary from a few hours a day to multiple visits a day or round the clock live-in care.
As long you need someone to help you our Carers are available to give you the care and support you or your loved one deserves.
How Personal Care is Delivered at Home
Oral hygiene
Our Carers will do the needful to care and support you with oral hygiene as needed on day to day. They will assist with making appointment with health professionals and accompanying you to the appointments such as opticians, dentist, pharmacists etc

Our Carers will ensure that you are taken care of as you sleep at night. We will help you or your loved one with toilet breaks, change of sleeping positions or support with medication.
Our Carers will monitor your overall health and well-being so that you can get a good night's rest.
Respite Care
At Veecollins Health Care, we understand that everyone needs a bit of time to themselves. This is why we offer a Carer who will provide a short-term break from the regular care of a household.

Our Process
The Steps from your Initial Call to getting your Carer moving in!.
Step 1 – Call to arrange a FREE-NO OBLIGATION care assessment
All care assessments are free of charge. When you call the office we will discuss appropriate times and dates for a Care Manager to meet you and the person requiring care either at home, hospital or even a care home.
Step 2 – Care assessment
At this meeting we will assess the person needing care discussing their individual needs and requirements. We’ll talk you through the service, answering any questions you may have.
At this meeting we can then provide you with a definitive weekly costs.
Step 3 – We create a care and support plan
We will then put together a care and support plan. This could even include recommendations for home adaptations or appropriate equipment.
Step 4 – Choosing the right
Carer
We’ll help you find a carer. Once contracts have been signed, our staff members will source a selection of carers whom we feel most accurately suit your requirements. We will then send you a profile of each carer for you to choose your favourite.
Step 5 – Choose a suitable starting date
Once you are happy with your choice of carer we will then arrange a suitable starting date.
On your chosen start date – a member of our staff will accompany the carer to your home.
